I am a Gold Medalist  Physical Therapist specializing in Sports Medicine, Sports Nutrition, Rehab and Lifestyle Disease Management.
With over decade of spending my time in clinical practice, working with professional athletes in Common Wealth Games, Basketball federation of India, on field injury care, Corporate wellness (GVK, Mother Dairy, HPCL, Goa Shipyard, Indag Rubber) and more than 15000+ consultations; I think it's about the right time I start penning down my experiences and sharing my knowledge, my success stories, my failures and learning with all.
